These Terms of Service explain how ordering works at InPrentaNet.com. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English and are not legal advice.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are valid for 10 business days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice due to supply chain price increases or material availability. If a price changes after you receive a quote, we will contact you before producing your order. We will always do what is in the best interest of our valued clients. Always.
Where prices are shown on our website, they are available by quote only.
Your files and design
We need ready-to-print files for your order. There is no design fee when you provide your own ready-to-print file. If you would like us to provide design services, we will quote them separately.
Rights to your artwork
By sending us artwork, logos, photos, or text, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that printing them does not violate anyone else’s rights.
Proof approval
We send a digital proof before production. Please review it carefully. Once you approve the proof, we print what you approved, and you are responsible for any spelling or content errors in the approved proof.
Turnaround times
Turnaround times are estimates. They begin after you approve your proof and your payment is received. We work hard to meet them, but we cannot guarantee them.
Payment
We accept card payments taken over the phone. We do not send payment links.
Product images
Product images on our website are illustrations and may not show the exact final product. Please see our Product Images Disclaimer for details.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
